Cheap, bristle brushes. I get them at Harbor Freight, by the case. 36 in a box, I think. Cheap white glue. any brand. A shallow pan to soak your paper items, so they don't wrinkle when you decoupage them. A spray bottle, same reason as above. an old credit card, or similar plastic, to work out air bubbles. surgical scissors, the tiny ones, for detailed cutting of pictures. snap knives, to trim stuff after it dries.
