Once you get the legs off start disassembling the rest and then just goof around arranging and rearranging the pieces. Work with it like a puzzle, and please post those pieces, we'd love to help 6 turned dowels, 2 substantian arm pieces, and a couple nice mirror-image pieces. Then there's the top and the seat. Way cool! I presume all these do come apart, because you've called the time of death?

you could use the two center back pcs, along with the two wavy arm pieces to create a cool wall mount candle holder.
My other thought is simpler. Cutdown the front of the seat(so it isnt so deep) , get some round bun feet minis( the biggest round wood knobs you can find in a 4 pack so you only have to buy one pack OR something "found" and glue to the bottom, paint, and turn into a doll loveseat.
