What would you do with this?
Come up with something really creative. Would you use it all together, or take it apart and use parts?
Best idea wins. I know, you greedy little monsters (just like me), you wanna know what the prize is. Well, the prize is the total awe, respect and envy of all our other members! They will all be so inspired by your creative genius, that you will be treated as a god/goddess from here on.

Add some sort of baskets and it would be useful for supplies and tools, you could use the round thingys for screw drivers, nut drivers, soldering iron, pliers ( hung by the handle), and the baskets for paint, wiring supplies, ect... I am assuming it turns so you could spin it around and get to diffrent things. Add a lamp to the top for extra lighting.
I think you have the beginning of 4 chandeliers there! If those little things are tubes you could put a Christmas light in each of them (string of lights), then decorate with a garland of any sort to hide the wires and hang with chain. If the main column (pipe) comes apart you may be able to remove the "chandeliers" and still have the main column to make a floor lamp either with one of the "chandeliers" on top or wire it with a bulb and put a shade on it.
Other suggestion is to put a pumpkin "head" on top and "dress" the form to make a Halloween scary figure. You could do that first for October, then later do the other lighting thing.
Other than that, you could cannibalize it and cut off all the rings and use them as plant supports. You'd have to attach "legs" to each ring to support floppy plants.
If you don't want to give it to me, then........ get my prize ready!!!
Shoe rack, giant lazy susan, plant stand, garden waterfall using the racks for flowers, sea shells, etc., take apart for pot racks or like joyluck said, chandelier. Taken apart it would also make great metal wreaths to hang outside or inside and put the seasonal decor into the little tuby things. CDs and VCR storage, toy storage, have I won yet?? ;D
Take off 1 group of rings and put a hurricane candle in the middle. put a flower in each of the little holder-thingies while they're still in their little water tube thing. Then you can push greenery down in between to hide the rest of the wires.
OR it's a red neck centerfuge.....just put it on a lazy susan ;D
A giant marker holder.
a drying rack for something.

Tye many pieces of plastic fence flagging tape to each ring and set it out for "garden decor"! ;D
Spray paint it gold or silver and use for a contemporary Christmas "tree". Decorate with non-flammable tinsel and put a candle in each "thingy" (keep fire extinguisher handy for this one!) or use electric Christmas lights (one in each - are those things hollow tubes?)
Remove "thingies" if possible and use as a drying rack in bath or utility room for "unmentionables". Of course if you're lazy like me pretty much everything goes in the dryer. So maybe you could use it to dry stuff you've painted.
Paint with fluorescent paint and use it at the end of your driveway to mark your property. Or ditto and put it on your roof so Santa can find your house.
